I started working for MoveTo Delivery as a courier in 2020. At that time, they came up with a proposal to put the first vehicles in Hradec Králové to help couriers who don't have their own cars.

It didn't even take a year and a half before I was offered a promotion to the position of "Team leader" for Hradec Kralove and other cities, which I gladly accepted. I have great colleagues and a pleasant working environment. Every day I have new challenges at work which I enjoy:).

I am happy that since the first car in Hradec the company has grown to more than 120 new cars and continues to grow.

Why do I do courier work?
For several reasons, for example I like driving and this way I have the opportunity to get to know more of the city I drive in. It's a decent income for me. I have a lot of time flexibility. I started working for MoveTo Delivery in January 2022. At first I thought it would be just a short-term job. But the months went by and I stopped thinking about another job. I have been working for the fleet for 2 years now. One of the advantages is flexible working hours. Another advantage is the company cars, which the fleet provides us free of charge and reimburses us for fuel.

I am working for the fleet as a courier since June 2022. As I like to ride a scooter, I love my city and I like to communicate with people, this job is also my hobby. Fleet has provided and continues to provide me with stability, regularity and scheduling of my work. The reward for long-term,persistent and conscientious work is a really decent income. It's a nice feeling to know that the fleet will back you up if things go wrong. The best part is that you work outdoors, you are not confined to an office, you get to watch the city change throughout the day and throughout the year.
